Yes they are! All of our labels are are waterproof, dishwasher safe, laundry safe and microwave safe, unless specifically stated on the product page. However, we highly recommend our lamination option for labels that will be exposed to a lot of abrasion, repeated washing, strong detergents, sunscreens, and other chemicals.

If you are having trouble fitting the entire name on the labels, then please contact us to let us know. We will require the correct spelling of the name and the order number of your recent purchase. Your labels will certainly include the entire name, even if it doesn’t fit on our website.

While we can't say with 100% certainty that our labels will not irritate anyone's skin, we feel very confident in saying that skin irritation is not an issue that our customers have ever complained about. Applying your Label Daddy labels is simple — just follow these easy steps for the best results:
Choose the Right Size

Before applying, make sure you have the correct label size for your item. Each product page on our website includes helpful details about which label works best for different belongings.
Applying to Clothing

For clothing, stick the label directly onto the garment's care tag — that's the small tag usually found along the collar or side seam. If there is no care tag, look for the stamped area inside the garment where the brand name or care information is printed. We do not recommend applying labels directly to fabric, as it may not hold the label securely.
Press Firmly for a Strong Bond

Our labels love a little pressure! Once applied, press down firmly with your thumb or squeeze the label between your thumb and fingers to make sure it bonds well to the surface.
Extra Tip for Clothing Labels

After applying labels to clothing items, toss them in the dryer for a few minutes. While they are still warm, press down on the labels one more time for an even stronger hold. Allow 24 hours before washing to give the adhesive time to fully set.

For hard goods, just stick them to a clean, dry surface and work any bubbles you find, out to the edges with your thumb.
